I looked at the ingredients and I am assuming that I could cut out any other creatine while using this since it has creatine in it? Is that safe to assume? Is it just as good as using a powdered creatine?
Also, I do not usually use creatine in the summer because of the midsection bloat i experience. Would i have this problem with this product?
