Question about a delt exercise

Dunno if you can completely isolate the delts, but if I were to give it a shot I'd try one-arm overhead dumbell presses and then 20-20-20. These are 20 reps each of front, side, and bent rear lateral raises. There are done twenty reps of one exercise, then switch immediately w/o stopping to 20 reps of the second, followed immediately by 20 reps of the third. This progression of 20-20-20 would count as one set. Try to do at least 3 sets. The reason I say to do them this way is you have to lower the weight you use almost to the pink dumbell range in order to be able to get in 60 consecutive reps. On the other hand, your delts should be able to control the weights almost completely w/o any assist from your traps. I do them this way occaisionally, kind of gruelling but gets the job done.
 
Good suggestions, I have been sticking to rear laterals and behind the neck presses. I will deinetly be trying these 20-20-20's.
