I have been focusing on my abs for cardio this summer to finally get a six-pack. Being a collage student with little money, and space I bought some supplements to help me with getting cut in consideration that I have increadbly subbern bodyfat!
Spending almost a $100 on Xenedrine and cutting gel. To prep for training, I desided with my genetics I should be doing cardio as well. Having experenced a treadmill, jump rope, and running! I looked for an alternative.
A friend of mine told me about a video game that DOES give you a workout! I went and bought the game. It's called Dance Dance Revolution for playstation. It came with the game and dance pad.
After learning the basic mode I had a blast. The really good part was the workout mode that came with the game. The first morning for training I did early cardio on the game in workout mode non-stop for 30 min. I was sweating buckets!! This was way better than the treadmill!
Now it's day 4 and I am still using it unlike the rope thrown under my bed after the 1st day.
As anyone tried this way or even attempted an odd cardio? Let me know?!
