Ques about Tren

Ok bros I'm on Tren Ace combined with Test Enant for 10 weeks total and about to throw winny in the mix also. 75 EOD tren 250 Test per week.......Tren wk 1-6 Test wk 1-10.......I'm wondering about the bulking prospects of this cycle with winny throw in the mix also. I'm trying to bulk and so far I've gained some strength, a little size but with what I'm eating to bulk which is chicken, protein shakes, burgers(home cooked lean beef) veggies, fruit, wheat bread, pasta, peanut butter........It feels like I'm bloating already and I"m not even into week 1-1/2 of the test/tren cycle. What I'm basically asking is, will I gain some good mass while I trim out a little bit? Any thoughts will be appreciated, thanks!
 
Well there's a limit with tren for everyone. I found if I went over 1000 cals above maintnince that I'd start getting a little bloated and chunkier, however, when 500 cals above(standard bulking procedure for me) I would gain LBM and lean out a bit.
 
Don't overeat, that's when you'll look like a fat ass and the calories you don't use turn into what?...Fat. You want the nutritional content while not taking in so many calories. Ex.I use whey isolate, 50g of protein, 200 cal, no carbs. Nice and simple. Bread, I hardly eat it. Even 100 whole wheat. I dont think it's very beneficial. You mentioned you eat pasta. If you're not careful with pasta you will surely turn into a fat ass. It's extremely starchy and holds water, and most likely you dont eat it plain. Basically, anything white, stay away from it if you're worried about fat while on AAS. I know I'll catch hell for saying this but, a high protein content IMHO is best. The increase in protein sythesis while on AAS is your chance to take advantage of building hard mass. Muscle is meat (in simplistic terms) and that's it's main component.

I see so many friends of mine who have the "eat big" mentality, but end up with undesirable gains IMO. Quality, not quantity. You have to be patient, work hard and eat correctly while on AAS. You should NEVER judge a cycle after a week and a half? You're already worried when nothing has significantly happened yet. Don't get discouraged before your 2nd Week. Your setting yourself up for failure. Judge a cycle after the full 8/10/12 weeks. Also, you're taking Tren which should remove water and make you harder. I say up your protein and lower the carbs. Then see how you feel. Also salt, don't eat any. If it's not fresh, it has sodium somwhere in it.
 
Let's start with you're not taking the tren correctly which would be every day not every other day. So you're blood levels are up and down every day. You're not taking enough to notice much in the way of mass. It's also not enough to do much fat burning because you have an equally anemic dose of test. You can forget about mass with that cycle. You're better off restricting calories and cutting with what you're using.
If you want to see the kind of mass changes that you sound like you want you need to double what your taking.

Ok, well I JUST went shopping and picked up some 3 packs of steaks (total of about 7 steaks) 3 packs of chicken tenders, a pack of lean ground beef, some green beans, two packs of fruit cups and some peanut butter. I'll leave the carbs to my protein shake and try to keep away from pasta and bread more often if not totally. I know this should probably go under dieting instead of aas but just let me know what you think.
 
make sure you track your calories as closely as possible dont guess

Ahem...Did you say Chicken Tenders? Like in the box? I hope not. If you're going to eat peanut butter, buy All-Natural only.

Each body type is different when referring to individual gains .... I placed a post earlier this weak about my experiences from an ectomorphs side with heavy doses of tren at 500mg and above weekly.....While eating 4000 cals per week, the scale showed me 4lbs heavier in the 3rd week, but I expected that I should have gained more...after taking bf measurement, I realized that I dropped 3mm in fat.... and 4000 cals at 180lbs is alot of food regardless as to what anyone says.......the cycle before that, I was taking tren at 225mg per week and didn't drop bf as rapidly or as dramatically and was intaking lower cals at around 3400-3500.....to me, if your goal is bulking, you should be riding test at 500mg and above and tren at 225mg and lower....if you are cutting then increase tren accordingly.......And if you throw winny in the mix....you will drop bf even more rapidly..........just my p.o.
