Technically you are not aloud to buy over the counter. Then again technically in Mexico you are not aloud to buy over the counter but people still do. Belive it or not I was asked to show a script for sostenon in Ensenada Mexico, they didn't budge. The next day I went to another pharmacy the same chain mind you but at at a different location. I got my sost. just fine that time. So I guess persevernce helps. Oh by the way some will argue that Mexico is a 3rd world country and that is why it is so flexible. Well many countries in Europe are third world countries, including Spain. Also my friend brought back 100 amps, 25 for me and 75 for the other fellas to divide. This was at the begining of last summer. As far as now, I don't know if things have tightened up.
