Quality of Test and Deca?

Looking to plan out the next cycle and would appreciate some feedback. Question is, what are the most reliable brands of Test and Deca going around. Used Testosterone from Iran last time and felt it was severely weak. Don't want to make the same mistake again. I plan on using Test, Deca, dbol or naps.
