I'm 178# right now at 5'3''. I am currently on my second cycle actually. I am using test prop, winstrol, eq, and fina. I have been training and dieting strictly since I was 15, but when I finally felt like I reached a plateau last year, I went this route in hopes of attaining an IFBB pro-card eventually. Dave Palumbo is the man who is owed all the compliments. He has really kicked ass in his advice. We plan to put on some major mass this year and hopefully be ready to rock next year. Wish me luck!

Absolutely fantastic Greg!!! For such a young guy, you have amazing muscle maturity.. watch out Lee Priest lol

Dave is really great when it comes to dieting.. he knows his shit inside and out!! He is best friends with this guy i used to date and they both helped alot with my diet last year!!

Congrats and definitely keep striving!!!
 
Busy-Mind - My first cycle was simply 500mg. Organon Sustanon for 10 weeks. My body just seems to respond very well to it. I gained about 20 pounds of solid muscle. Thanks for the compliments as well....

Note to the WOMEN....as Busy_Mind said....let's not disappoint him, hit me up via pm or email...LOL!!!!....but serious!

Supergirl- Dave definently knows his stuff. When he began with me, I had good muscle, but he has refined it into what it is today!
 
Dave is on your side? Then theres no stopping you bro. Ive read all his articles on MD and he is smart as fuck. He has allot of interesting and different ideas on cycling but they all make since. Good luck bro, But I dont think youll need it.
 
It's always the short guys who get the good genes....not fair:(
