quad workout question

You could try old school barbell hacks, holding the barbell behind you. It helps to have long arms however :)

yeah and not so big hamstrings. Louie Simmons (leader of wsb) said he had this problem and so do I. we both have stocky legs, and a big hamstring. the bar catches the back of our hamstrings and gets stuck. so try experimenting.

or use dumbells.


or just front squat

or just do stepups

or just do bulgarian squats

or just do a ton of other leg exercies :)
 
anyone ever tried squatting with dumbbells with their backs agains a wall that may work....may not though i'll try it
