Quad Injection

Hey Bro's I did my first quad injection last night and it went great! Way easier than the glute! Anyhow, my leg is bright red today, is this normal? Kinda freaked me out. I mixed the V400 half and half with b-12 and there is very little pain today. Thanks, Potts

I'm pretty sure you are just fine. If it starts to swell, hurt really bad, get hot to the touch, and you get a hard lump, then you have a problem...
