Quad injection swollen knee. Please help?

I have had the same thing happen to me. Take 800 mg of Ibuprofen for the swelling per day along with using an ice pack. Watch the color of the swelling. If it gets hot to the touch and looks red, you may be getting an infection. If you get a mild fever, you may be getting an infection. Quads are a really bad place to inject if you can avoid them.
