Quad inject question

First time with quad inject. I used 5/8" 25 qa needle. Rubbed site with alk swab and then slowly pushed in. No pain, no blood, aspirated, but I noticed after I pulled out the area felt a little tingly as I rubbed the site. Is that the norm?
