Q's On My Eq, Primo, Winny Cycle

What's up bro's! Been checking in on a regular basis, but not posting...I'm now in week 7 of my Eq, Primo, Winny cycle. I'm up about 8 pounds or so and getting noticibly more cut up, my dosages are Eq @400mg/wk wks 1-10....Primo Depot @400mg/wk wks 1-8...Winny tabs 100mg/day wks 4-12...I'm starting cardio up this week, any suggestions on how much cardio I should do a week to get my veins bulging? I'm getting noticably more vascular, but the veins are hiding just slightly below the skin...I want them to be pertruding before I finish this damn cycle! Any suggestions? I threw in some ECA last week to try to widdle away at any excess bodyfat.
 
Cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach,EOD,30-45minutes should work well.Taking an E/C stack 20-30 minutes prior to these sessions will further augment lipid disposal.

I agree w/Huck on this one but what about your diet? What's it look like. Maybe u should check there first.

Diet is the most important factor. I'm making sure that I watch my diet. I've been consuming 3500-4000 calories/day, protien 250-300g/day, moderate carbs(low sugars), moderate fats(low saturated fats)...taking essentials flax seed oil, multi vitamin, glutamine etc. I'm expecting to notice a huge difference once I start the cardio.
 
um... i gotta ask.. what's your goals for the cycle.. besides getting big, bulging veins that is..????

did you come into the cycle wanting to bulk? to cut? to get big veins?

how much do you weigh? do you have normally fast metabolism? if you were looking to cut did you think that you could by taking in 3500-4000 cal per day?
