Mr. X- I will be starting your ANPB diet this next monday. My question is if ON's 100% whey protein is acceptable as one serving contains 23g Pro, 2.5g CHO, and .5g Fat? I know watching carbs is essential, but I love this particular protein powder. It is the best protein powder I have ever tasted. Also, would substituting a chicken breast, egg whites, or can of tuna be acceptable alternatives (in addition to using the shakes) for some of the meals? Thanks for any input.
