Q on Glucorrel R

Whats the best way to use it whilst bulking if at all? Ive been using it to maintain a stable weight recently, just wasnt sure of the effect of it whilst trying to gain muscle on cycle.

it's the same as cutting.....

take one for each 30-40 grams of carbs about 5-10 minutes before the carb meal.

it makes it considerably easier to bulk without gaining too much fat from carbs.

It causes your muscle cells to take up more glucose than they normally would and keeps your insulin levels down so the insulin doesn't make you fat. If you're bulking then you are going to eating more carbs so you'll need more Glucorell R. It will help you grow as you're bulking while keeping the fat from accumulating from your carbs.
