I'm trying to follow CRUM CAKES diet, but I'm getting confused with something.
He states to eat alot of fiber, but yet only consume 30-50g of carbs post workout.
Now, doesn't green veggies (fiber) have carbs in it? Doesn't that mean, I'm consuming then constantly throughout the day, if he insists that I should eat them as much as possible?
I'm confused.
