Q about Fiber.

I'm trying to follow CRUM CAKES diet, but I'm getting confused with something.

He states to eat alot of fiber, but yet only consume 30-50g of carbs post workout.

Now, doesn't green veggies (fiber) have carbs in it? Doesn't that mean, I'm consuming then constantly throughout the day, if he insists that I should eat them as much as possible?

I'm confused.

First, I would not recommend following the day because of a no-cheat day policy, which will bring fat-loss to a halt.

No, the greens and veggies do count, just depends on the amount. Just make sure you don't eat 4 lbs. of green beans and you'll be fine. There are always limitations.

Thanks... but that still doesn't answer my question.

Am I not consuming alot more carbs then I should because I'm eating greens? Or are the carbs in the green veggies not included?

You are not eating enough carbs to mean anything....think of it this way, if you eat a lot of veggies it will come out to maybe 30-40carbs....
for one day, count the carbs from veggies-fiber, and see if it's under 40g, if so you're fine
