Q about creatine

Im currently taking 20 grams of creatine/day for the loading phase. I am really bloated and I feel like jello.

Can I just forget about loading and take 5g a day forever?

I was really cut at the beginning of the week and now I have a double chin.

Having taken a few creatine supps, I've never found that the loading phase is more than 10g a day - try halving it, and then go to 5g/day maintenance.

must be super strong creatine! ive been taking it a while now and havent had anything like that. feel a difference in strength but not visable weight.

i just followed directions on label which was

loading- 30mg pd
maintenance 20mg 2x10mg
