Pyramyding

Do you guy's pyramid on your working sets, or just stay at the same weight??

I personally pyramid on most sets, depending on the exercise. For example, I pretty much pyramid on everything except for squats, shoulder raises, dumbell curls, tricep extensions.
 
I warm up thoroughly, then jump right into my work sets with max weight. I don't like to pyramid...wears me out to quickly
 
I do a couple warm up then hit my workout weight. occasional do drop sets.
