Hey, is anybody doing a pyramiding routine right now? When I weight trained in high school I did a pyramid up routine, just its been 3 years and I can't remeber what the reps/% of 1RM ratios are. And the reps/% for each day leading up to maxes.
Hopefully somebody knows what I'm talking about. I think the program was mostly for strength.
