PWO shake Whey Isolate, Dextrose, Maltodextrose

I'm currently using Pintaca's cutting diet. I've tried searching, but I can't find an answer.

How much of each should I be adding for a PWO shake.

While I'm at it, if I mix up a shake for a meal replacement what amounts to use for that.

ok. you goal is = cutting/dieting
your weight = ?

We need stats usually... unless Mr.X throws out his averaged out ratios ;) haha that cracked me up that time... he's always right on though.
 
Im curios as well as im on the same diet with Sre30. My weight is 229 as of right now. We are cutting at the moment. If you need more stats everything is listed in our other thread on the Pintoca diet.
 
Am I asking such a noob question I'm being ignored, or do I not have enough info given to get a response?
 
When I cut for a contest, or just for asthetics, I make my pwo shake just about the last thing I mess with. I try to keep that intact as long as I can for obvious reasons.

As your caloric intake decreases, it will become necessary to adjust it. Then I do this by the same method I use in normal caloric cuts. Slowly and carefully.

I may start out by cutting 1 tbsp. of dextrose, then another, etc. But you will still need a pwo recovery. I always keep my protein intact thoug in my pwo shake.

I'm on the noob side of it though, and am looking for a proper mix to get started.

I suppose if all else fails, I'll just go with one serving size each.

So starting with
PWO shake, 40g protein,60g dextrose

How would the malto figure into this?

would 40g protein 30g dextrose & 30g malto be a good split?
