PWO shake... need advice

Okay... after reading about the importance of having a pwo shake to speed up your repair.. ive decided to go to the health shop and buy all the stuff for a good shake.. what do i need exactly and roughly how much money will it cost me to keep it up monthly?

I like Ultra Fuel, it costs about $0.50 a serving, has all the good carbs you need dextrose and maltodexin. Then some Optimum Nutrition Whey for your amino acids, BCAAs, protein, and glutamine, also about $0.50 a serving.

I presume you mix them altogether and consume.. any tips on size portion, ratios etc...

and what times would it be wise to consume at (obviously after work out) any others.
