easy question..im taking 4ius daily, 2 ius morning and i wait 1hour before eating...if i take the 2ius pwo do i need to wait before drinking a protien shake?

Yes you do! The rules don't change for hypo just because you are done working out! What are you goals for the GH?

wow i didnt know that...ive been drinking a shake right after injection...my goals are to shed mf as of now but will be transitioning into buildng muscle this winter...how long should i wait before drinking a protien shake??

1hr is fine. You guys need to remember this or you could cause yourself to be type 2 diabetic! That really sucks!!!

I always thought carbs were to be avoided not protien.. Maybe there is a better time to inject then pwo.. Waiting an hour pwo to get some protien seems like a long time.... What about before bed??... I fast for 3 hours anyway before I sleep
