it depends how depleted your glycogen storages are. if your body has open glycogen deposits, it will store carbs as glycogen first and not as fat. however, if you still have leftover carbs to be burned after your glycogen is full, this is when the body stores it as fat. it is hard to say. i would try to keep carb intake in check postworkout at night. have enough to allow protein to get to the muscles but dont go overboard. and then right before bed have a nice micellar casein shake.
