Immidiately after training, I slam a whey/glucose shake....usually around 40-50g of protein and 30g of carbs..........within minutes, I feel queezy, that uneasy feeling like you are going to pass out. I mean perfect after I'm done training, but as soon as I hit that shake, I feel like I can't move. Anyone experience this? How do you counter? I was pondering the idea of maybe some whey and quick oats thinking the insulin sensitivity I'm experiencing won't be as drastic, but I'm not sure. Anyone have this problem? Tried it with R-ala and without, same effect..........

I have been feeling the same. I get queezy, stomach gets upset, sometimes I have to sit on the couch for a minute or 2.

i noticed that when i take r-ala which is why i added oats to my p/w meal..the slow burning carbs will stay in the system a little longer

For me I know its the simple sugar I put into the shake that makes me feel sick. To fix that I drink it slow so it takes me 15 minutes to fininsh it

eating anything whist your body is still in workout mode can make you quezy, the stomach is turned off when you workout. milk aggravates it too. dont chug it down, take your time.

Wait 15 more minutes before taking your PWO shake
