putting up picture here! ! !! !

i've cut my cardio to doing nothing during the wk, 4000-4500 calories, 8 hours sleep a night, workout 4 days/wk 4-10 reps per exercise for the last 2 months, only have gained about 1-2 lbs of muscle...weight would be a lot more but just started working out legs cause i had very bad knees and finally am able to work them out now
