Putting cycle together. help

First real cycle. Got some options to choose from.
Everything here is on hand

-10 amps of IP Sus-a-ton 375mg per amp at 1.5 ml
-10 amps of Kurachi Test E 250mg per amp at 1ml
-25 Winny tabs at 50mg each
-10cc of Injectable winny at 50mg/ml
-200 tabs of Var at 5mg each

-Clom, Nolva, Steride, Letrozole, Adex for PCT

Any suggestions?

One option would be to run:

1-4 Var 40mg/ed
1-12 Test-e 500mg/ew
11-14 Winny 50mg/ed

However, this being your first cycle, you could just run the Test E @ 500mg/ew and see good results.

PCT could look something like this:

wk1: Clomid 150mg/d (300mg Day 1), Nolva 60mg/d
wk2: Clomid 100mg/d, Nolva 40mg/d
wk3: Nolva 20mg/d
wk4: Nolva 20mg/d
wk5: Nolva 10mg/d

You might also want to run some HCG with this cycle.

agree with just running the Test at 500mg per week for 10 weeks

That is what I was leaning towards but I dont have enough test for 500 every week. Im going to either do 250mg test e or 375mg of sustanon for 10 wks.

You could use the Sustanon to front-load the cycle and than just run the run the Test E at 250mg per week for 10 weeks. You could also than add the Var in for the last four weeks of the cycle. Start PCT two weeks after your last injection. I would just skip the winny for now and see how things progress.

Sounds like a good plan. You might want to add in some HCG after week two at about 250iu 2x per week if possible and do not forget to have a AI like AIFM if needed.
