put hand sanitizer on tip of penis

hi guys had sex 4-6 days ago with a std free partner and even though i new she was std free i for some reason put hand sanitizer 5 days later on the tip of my penis and it burnt bad at first and now it been a day later and it still burns a bit but not much. Is this burning due to irratation? and when will it go away? Thanx in advance ppl.

well i looked inside the tip of my penis and thought i saw a pimple or something but doesnt look like that now that i look at it but when i think of it it never burnt until i put some of the 66%alcohol sanitizer on it...

Read labels next time. The burning is probably due to irritation. Do lots of rinsing I guess.

Interesting idea...hand sanitizers are usually made with 62% ethyl alcohol (suitable for most bacteria)...that won't even scratch a virus.
But man...hope you feel better, seems very painful. I hope you didn't use the 70% viricidal one.
