Push Through or Pack It Up

So I went into the gym this morning and start my routine, only to find I am absolutely dead. What I usually consider my warm up sets were difficult. I suspect it has something to do with the fact I've only had a few hours sleep the last couple nights, but I'm not real sure. My question is, would you all have tried to push through and get some lifts in, or taken the body's hint that today wasn't a good day to lift.

For the record, I continued to just finish my main lifts (bench, military press, dips), but pretty light, then called it a day.

If u can't even do warm ups I'd call it a day... if u're being a little b*tch about it, push through.

Only u know the truth.

Def tried to push on through. I was just wondering if anyone had an idea of what would be the best for continued development... would I be wasting my time if I just kept going.

Sometimes I go home, sometimes not. Try to listen to you body though. From teh sounds of things, I would have gone home personally.

I've found myself wondering the same thing on a few occasions, it's almost instinct to push and try to work thru it but ya gotta wonder if you're just wasting time if you're not even putting up your normal working weights...

I normally keep going when faced with this since more often than not I'm able to get a burst or second wind, focus, and push on through
