Ok -
I have never used Clen. In fact, I have never really truly "cut" in the sense of the word. I am blessed with genetics that keep me single digit, decent diet year round, and have never competed, so again no real reason to.
I am planning on competing this late summer/early fall (would rather not name the show just yet).
One of my best buddies is totally natural and is doing 3 shows this month, his first time ever. He has shred like a mofo on nothing but diet and otc fat burners. I have pinched him myself and depending on a 3 site or 7 site he ranged from like 3.9-5.1% bf. Totally diced, which is great because the NGA only gives a shit about condition, not size.
My question about Clen and other intense cutting agents is do you guys used them because they 1) help the fat come off faster? 2) Shred you down even more than you can get on diet/cardio/otc burners? 3) they allow you to eat kind of shitty and allow you to achieve good results?
What's funny to me is how these forums change and evolve. Right now I expect to get lots of answers about how clen sucks and no one should use it. A few years ago, everyone would rave about it. I bet it makes a comeback again soon - just seems to be the trend (like with oral AAS). Anyway - be interested to hear what you guys think and why you would use it.
