Any thoughts/opinions/experiances anyone had to do with Pure Power magazine? I`ve been waiting 4 weeks for my subscription to arrive,they told me that it was posted on 4th July and it ain`t here yet! I contacted them and was told that it isn`t their problem!! I live in GB but it usually only takes 5 days for mail to arrive from the USA.

I would call them again and ask to speak to someone without an attitude! No seriously call them back your business should be important to them, I have only purchased a few of their mags in the past but never a subscription.

I work for the postal service.When we recieve the product, you can bet,if it shipped 1st class,it will be recieved within 3 days.Anywhere in the US!
The company now has your money,and is not in any hurry shipping your product.

I have had similar problems with other services, call the better buisness bureau. The phone number is in the book. Tell them the story and I can assure u they will get the ball rolling.

Thanks for the advice! My free t-shirt turned up on Saturday but i`m yet to see the first issue of my sub.The reason for the delay seems to be that they post overseas orders via "surface mail"not air mail and as you can imagine it takes a lot longer cause it`s a lot cheaper!!!
