O OMEGA New member Sep 28, 2006 #2 PureMCC has instructions: take 5 grams daily take everyday. It matters not when you take it. If you talking the full stack Power will increase around week one then CLIMB steadlily. I got TOO strong on the while Amplify02 stack.......... and had to cut back on some lifts.
