But serious, is it that good? :) I'm using it right now, 5grams per day, maybe an overkill but WTF. I notice an increased pump, but I'm looking for more :)
 
are you taking PureCEE or creatine ethyl ester (there can be a big difference, since a lot of the material out there is junk, some because of it was bad to begin with other because of handling and storage)?

that aside you should notice increased pump, increased power, better recovery, and increased strength at moderate reps (not so much with cardio type training, though some)

material and finished product are always kept below 75 degrees, though this is much less an issue with finished product (at least in the coated caplet)- with capsules storage above 80 degrees tends to melt capsules. Material is processed/capletted in a dehumidified cGMP facility (ISO 9001 and licensed for Pharmaceutical and OTC drug production as well as certified by NNFA and NSF), specifically designed for hydroscopic materials. Material is tested by chromadex.

i keep mine refrigerated, any problems with that? or am i being a little to "on the safe side"?

Won't hurt, but unless you live in the amazon, it's not really necessary.
 
yea i bought some stuff called anavol a year back which was supposed to be the newest form of creatine..i didnt like it very much though.. guess ill give CEE a try next time.
 
i take it just before (15-30 mins) before heading out for the gym. I cant say I feel any different really. but my workouts NEVER lack. so it cant be hurting me at all.

I head to the gym first thing in the morning after:

1 Glucorell R
an apple
6 Pure CEE (old version 500mg)
8oz skim milk
1 scoop non fat, all natty protein powder.

does the trick everytime.
