Pure CEE question

I just got my bottle today and on the directions it says to take with high glycemic carbs. From the posts I have read you are supposed to take it an hour before lifting. Now the problem is I only have carbs post workout and for the rest of the day I eat protein and fat meals.

Should I take it before my workout with water or take it postworkout with my dextrose postworkout?

And thx AF your guys customer service is always top notch.

in your case split the dose, half before and half after.
 
Buddy, it doesn't really matter when you take them. The half and half thing is fine, or you could just take it with high GI carbs after workout. It's the same thing, really...

EDIT: Looking back at the thread, I realized you were talking bout CEE...I'm only familiar with regular creatine, so I guess it may be different...I doubt it though.

what's your take on using CEE while cutting? there was someone on swolecat's board who actually said it worked very well for him while cutting but noticed no added effects while bulking. i would assume that the bloating with monohydrate is not an issue with CEE, so would there be any other reason why CEE wouldn't be a help while cutting? i imagine reduced carb intake could have an effect, but as long as carbs are still being ingested, the CEE could be taken then.

also, what dosing scheme do you recommend, as far as how much (mg) per BW and how much on lifting vs. off days?
