Purchasing DNP domestically (US)

Is there much of a legal risk in purchasing DNP domestically? It's tough to find the legal status of the chemical, along with what laws can be used to enforce possession.

If it gets checked out by the authorities somewhere along the way from the supplier to me, is it possible I'll get nailed by the law in some way, or will it just be siezed?

If you couldn't tell, I'm a bit new at this. I've spent the last few weeks doing research, and now I think I'm ready to take the plunge. Any help would be incredibly, well, helpful. Many thanks in advance.

Whether your order is domestic or international there is always a risk involved. Domestic orders however, are unlikely to be intercerpted by L.E. As far as I know, most DNP suplliers are domestics thus the risk of your order of being seized is minimum.
Basically a small order of DNP (if seized) won't get you in jail, more likely you will have to pay some fines or even get a warning that should be the end of the deal. Also, you need to be aware what the penalties are in your state of residency, 'cause although some federal or state law have not banned DNP, your state law might have.
IMO L.E. won't bother with you for a small order of DNP. Most of the time they want the big fish but hey...s**t can always happen man.

What? Dude there is no risk. It is in no way a controlled substance. Buy it from wherever you want. Unless they catch you selling it and have you on tape telling someone how to ingest it you'll be fine.

DNP is not for me...nor I sell this stuff.
If it is not a controlled substance like you said, why should people need to be careful about being caught on tape selling it or telling someone else how to ingest it?
With all due respect, this is an oxymoron. I'm saying the guy who asked for advice what are his chances...it's the right thing to tell him to double-check the state laws before he pulls the plunge.
I'm gonna tell you this:
This "X" guy bought ancillaries from this "Z" store. Due to bad packaging, the box was leaking badly. Long story short, package raised susps, cops busting the door, and he said it was for research...guess what...it turned out that the ancillaries he already had in his house were nicely flavourized, were almost empty but the rats were nowhere to be seen....Good luck explaining your local LE that the stuff was for research!
Like i said in my 1st post...it's unlikely to happen but shit still happens.
Also remember that most "chemical research suppliers" also offer products that are highly anabolic and are banned. Thus, there is more of a risk involved that many can realize.

so i have a HUGE question for you guys, so obviously DNP consumption is illegal in the US, and even attaining the substance for experimental use or w/e is very difficult and you can get easily fucked. That said, does anyone know international laws for DNP possession, consumption, selling...etc. If not, do you guys know where i can find out what the laws of a particular country in the Caribbean are ? i've exhausted google, and yahoo, and other internet search engines...

any help?
