Puralator problem?

I had a package sent from the usa. Clomid. The guy who sent it sent it in a way where the package cannot be deivered to a PO BOX. So they had it at their drop off point. I called them to see if I can come pick it up. The lady wanted my name and phone number so they would call me back.
when I went to www.puralator.com here is what it said.
