Pumped and sore forearms.

LoneTree

New member
My forearms are pumped and a little sore most of the time. More than any other part of my body.
Is it good or bad?
I do need them bigger. This is the reason I always wore long sleeves.
I am on 750mg of AAS per week (Deca, Tren & Eq).
My strength is increasing although I am not bulking that much yet.

Any expert to answer my question?
Thanks

Just in case anyone was wondering, my forearms are bulking.
I also found very good responses on Steroids discussion forum.
Thanks for your help.

Don't it just suck when no-one replys to your post!

I used lifing straps for max weight back exercises and that reduced the stress on my forearms and allowed me to give them a good workout along with my bis.

Actually I had a lot of responses on Steroids forum.
I got the answer that I needed.
There is a new post on one of the forums about '7 myths about muscle building'. Excellent read.
It says that if you are a little sore, but not painful to touch and ROM is maintained, you can work out.
My biceps are my lagging part and they usually don't get that sore (compared to my triceps and chest) I am thinking of working them out 3/week.

Exercises that work your grip will just whip you forearms, as well - lat pulldowns, barbell/dumbbell rowing, heavy shrugs, etc. If you use lifting straps with these exercises, you'll be able to do more weight, thus working the muscles harder and it will also ease the kill on the forearms.
