About the 3rd or 4th set with Max-OT (for a pump)
One key with MAX -- the "loose form" this DOES NOT apply to deadlifts OR squats ... there is no "loose form" for those movements unless you want to have a broken back.
Loose form also does not mean "sloppy" ... it is meant as "not super strict" and only that ... so don't go overboard.
