Does anyone ever workout REALLY hard and not feel like they get a good pump? I do shoulders and I NEVER get a good pump. I do lateral lifts, overhead press, dumbell and barbell and also front lifts or rear delt work. I try to focus on getting the shoulder to do all the work but for some reason, I never get sore, nor do I feel ANY tightness in that muscle at all. I lack a good bit from the side view in the front delt and I try overhead presses for it, but it doesn't seem to work. I may just be crazy but I'm sure most of you understand haha j/k.........anyone who can help out, thanks to you.
