Pullups, Chinups, WideGrip, Closegrip.. etc.

What do you guys consider the best Back workout for your own bodyweight.. Cause I have great lats and can do pullups, chinups, widegrip, closegrip and reverse grip for days..

Also do you think "behind the back" pullups or widegrip is better than in front??

One more thing, when doing pullups etc, do you go full ext. or go down 75% and do reps repeatedly.. at a fast pace.. I've seen both. Jus for your info I go full extension..
 
I like to get a full strtch at the bottom and then try to pull my CHEST up to the bar. As I tire I can't get so high up as the top is the weak point of the exercise. I still get a ful stretch. When I cant do full reps I do half reps (bottom half) and then I just hang at the end and let my lats burn! Needless to say, I wear lifing straps to secure my grip and take forearm strength out of the equasion.
 
I prefer a really wide grip w/ a full stretch on every rep. This has given me the best results for back width. I like to have someone spot me on the last set to force out a few extra. But if I don't have a spotter, I use the rest-pause method to crank out the last 2.
