What?? HTF does that happen?![]()
how much were you benching though that is the question
if it was 400+ then Im not gonna comment on your form lol
so, what's the point of benching 400+ with terrible form ?
Isn't it best to gradually increase the weight?

yeah but if he is benching 400+ with bad form he can probably hit mid 300's strict which is decent and its stronger than me lol.
I'd rather just be hitting mid 300s with solid form tbh.
I'd think most 400+ lb benchers have at least a little arch in their back and drive in their legs.

this never happened to me, then again a good percentage of you can bench a lot more than me, yet i'd imagine in the end the effort put in would be similar as we struggle to get weights up. anyways careful, an injury would suck.
p.s my pecs are cool!!!

no arch, no leg drive, fuckin badass!
I pull my hamstrings and erector muscles while benching from time-to-time. I do bridge, but my ass stays firmly planted on the bench. To me it's more of an issue of tucking my elbows and benching off my rhomboids.
less weight better form
want to know what I'm about to pull?

good bench form invovles a good leg plant and tensed legs.
sounds like good form to me
Elevate your feet using a stepper
Im 6'3 with long ass legs so i dont need one when I do rarely bench
or use a upright machine bench
less tensed legs or better developed hamstrings. shit like this isnt supposed to happen
