puking on DNP!!!! help plz

yesterday was my second day on DNP (400mg/day), and I was doing fine until this morning. Of course I was having the suspected body temperature rising and a little lack of sleep, but other than that it hadn't gotten that bad yet. Then at about 5am this morning I rushed to the communal bathroom of my college dorm to throw-up. After a while of that, I got back to bed on my couch for a little while (fan on my head of course) and then repeated the same thing at 8:30, 9:45, and 10:30....but by then there wasn't much to come up, so it was mostly just the stomach reflux. I know DNP is said to give you flu-like symptoms, but are they supposed to be like this? i'm thinking of going to the clinic today, because I was feeling a little warm a few days before I even started my DNP. I would appreciate any feedback on this that you guys can offer. Thanks a lot.

hmmm, usually when one runs a fever and pukes, it is b/c the enzymes in your stomach need to work at a given temperatuer (98.6) and they have a very narrow window at which they can survive. when your body creates the fever condition, it is doing so to kill the virus in your system (they too can only live at a certain temp), but this destroys the enzymes in your stomach, and you can't digest, and the invountary part of your brain that controls digestion "sees" that the shit in your stomach has just been sitting there and as a safety mechanism sends it out the way it came.

that said, dnp shouldn't set this off, but perhaps you have a special case, or perhaps you are really sick.

the worst I get is the whole time I' on dnp I get relaly bad acid reflux the whole time - perhaps you are more sensative to that and it makes you puke.

I don't know, but I'd say perhaps it isn't meant to be for you and dnp.

I'd invest in an acidity buffer like potassium citrate
or baking soda. Should decrease DNP's impact
on digestive acids. You seem to be a special
case Btw.
This is what you do:

1. When taking DNP, take either baking soda(good)
or potassium Citrate(better) beforehand. This should
eliminate your vomiting.

10g baking soda or 10g potassium citrate. Take your pick.

I think it's possible that you could simply have an enteric infection (either bacterial or viral) not directly related to the DNP. I say "not directly" b/c DNP is a known immune system suppressent, and you mentioned that you didn't feel all that well even prior to starting the cycle, so it's possible that a minor infection from which you would have otherwise recovered from without sequlae is becoming apparent due to DNP immune suppression. Just a theory.

how do u take it, is it cupped?
if not (drinking the powder) it's very harsh and could make u vomit.

try to spred the same dose and take it spred on diff times during the day ,that could help.
i've allso found that drinkinking allot after taking a big dose can help keep it down.

eat a banana before u take it. Ive read on other boards that this seems to help. I know its not medical but its easy and cheap.
