Puffy but no itchiness

My nips are getting a little puffy. No soreness or itching nor has there been any in the past. My cycle ended in June. I have been a little lazy recently (you know summer and all) nice excuse. Maybe Im just getting a little fat.

Anyone got any ideas?

Any lumps under the periphery of your nips? If not could be fat or water. What's your cycle look like? Also, there's often some puffiness no matter when on cycle as estrogen are high no matter what you do to prevent aromatization.
