Please acccept our apologies for having led you to believe you were buying BD when in fact you were buying a comparable generic medication.
If you felt taken advantage of or feel you overpaid for a generic we understand and would like to either offer you a refund or some product to compensate you for the trouble and additional expense.
In the future, IP remailers will not be selling products as we to the best of our
ability cannot be certain of the source of the product. That really was the case here; we didn't know.
We do however ask you to realize that we are victims not so much of criminal intent but more of cultural norms. As Allbeef said, everything in China is counterfeit although even he did not know at the time the depth of the problem as it related to BD product line.
As a group, we have decided that we are not going to try to defend or justify the practice of counterfeiting a brand name as we believe it is fundamentally wrong.
We ask your forgiveness and support as we initiate some very awkward policies in regards to what we will sell.
The product you recieved was good product and it was guaranteed to be the dosage that was listed. There is no question about that. Our problem was having it listed as a brand without the permission of the owner of the brand name and for that we are sincerely sorry. Again, we did not know.
It will not happen again and it should never have happened at all.
