Man I just saw a newer model Audi on the side of the road getting towed. It was definitely newer than an 05. You may want to reconsider buying one. I think they are hot cars too, but I don't like to throw money out the window :)

My friend and I test drove the 08 today at lunch... I would lease an RS4 and the second it has an issue, it goes back to the dealer. They wanted 90k for it new lol. My buddy at work is getting on next month, he actually has to hide it from his wife.

Yeah I love them too, but if I were to get one it would definitely be a lease. No way I would keep one and drive it long. Unless I stop driving far I will never own one though because I could never lease putting the miles that I do on.

I worked out the lease today, no way I can afford 1500 a month on a car payment. I'm happy with my current slow, gas hogging suv.

Yeah I am guessing at 1500 a month that is the same or more than you rent. Not cool! I would never pay over a grand a month for a car. That is just retarded.

Not a nice house really, the property is worth twice what the house is. Living in the city is way more expensive than if I lived in the outskirts.

Yeah it all depends where you are definitely. My house could be worth half a mill in Cali. lol I have also seen shit holes in some parts of the US and my house is still cheaper.

we are building a house in Cali that is 2200-2300sqft. Lot size is 90x60 Not big by any means but also not small. It is selling for 345k. North of dallas it would be around 200k with half an acre. it breaks my heart to have to pay that but if were are gunna stay out here for a few more years what the hell right. Maybe if the market goes back up again in sacramento like it did a few years ago we sell and get out and move back south and pay cash for the exact same house with more land.

If anything you can always keep the house you build and use a property management company to rent the place out. Still gaining equity while someone else is paying for it…

True but my mortgage will be 2700/month and I would be hard pressed to find someone to pay that much rent. id rahter take my profits and not have a house note in TEXAS.

My wife was watching one of those house buying shows yesterday, there was a chick that was buying a house ( I didn't get the city), it was 700sqf, made in a square, it was redone with new floor, countertops. It was listed for 136K.....
An effeciancy apt is bigger than that. What was funny also, they had made it a 2/2. LOL

Live in West Seattle, right at the top of the west seattle bridge (alki side with a view of the city). Big piece of property worth 460k. Like I said the house is worth practically nothing. Actually live a few blocks from Eddy Vedders compound.
