maybe a pt could help me out.
i am 5'10 and like 175.....not fat but not skinny...average build....a little excess fat......i need to put on a good amount of muscle but also wanna lose some fat....what is a good routine....maybe someone can write me a routine based on what i want to do because ive been doing 5 days a week 3 days of the same upper body workouts and 2 days of same lower body workouts.....i need some help
