I tried it a few times. I believe it's a derivitive of melanotan. When people were taking melanotan they had side effects of increased libido, better erections, etc. PT 141 is supposed to isolate that specific side. I had to try for myself. I bought a 10 mg kit. Lypho powder and bac water. Mix and use like HCG. Suggested use is 1-2 mg. I used 2 mg first shot sub-Q. Felt a little off within 20 min (upset stomach, gassy) I really didn't feel that much. Later that night around 4 hrs later, I felt a semi hard-on, nothing really and somewhat dissapointing. The next time i did 3 mg. felt off again. This time i felt like real crap. Like i was going Hypo. weird headache like sugar imbalance, but food didn't fix it, only time. This time was different tho. Seems like i felt like crap so i take a nap, that's when the erections start. my erections were like very firm semis, not fully hard. I tell ya what tho. I couldn't stop playin' with it. Even after you nut, it slowly creaps back to a semi. It always feels like you could nut, which is good i guess, but not worth the feeling of sickness that I had. Semis lasted into next day. Did this 3 mg again to make sure that it was indeed the pt141 that gave me headache and not just me that day. Same exact scenario. In general I wasn't impressed. It was supposed to increase labido and give good wood. I didn't see that i got sick with a semi. Didn't really feel like having sex. This is just me tho. everything is different with everybody as we know. I am 5 11 243 16-18%bf 33 yrs

I picked up a 10mg bottle a few weeks ago, I tried 2mg and like chicrepellent's post above, I felt like crap. Maybe a little better sex later that evening, but not worth feeling like dog doo.

This is a product that is eventually going to marketed by Palitan and King Pharmacy after FDA approval. It is supposed to be guaranteed boner material delivered by a nasal spray (for those who can not take pills).
It works differently from Viagra, Lavitra and Cialis as those reduce restrictions in the blood vessals increasing the blood flow to desired areas. This product works more with the brain which has the added benefit of possibly working on females - discovered by watching the female lab rats looking for action after receiving an dose.
That may also be a catch 22 as the FDA may be reluctant to approve if they realize this could become a real "spanish fly" or date rape drug that you are able to administrate to your girl any time you want some action.
Palitan is currently at the end of a Phase II trial for males and Phase I trial for female. If you have used it and believe it works, one could possible make some dough investing in the stock - symbol is PTN. It is a cheap stock and you could get a lot of bang for you buck - so to speak.

Based on my results using Melanotan II, I would say it sucks too. Yes, I got constant, often annoyingly frequent hard-ons, but they were not nearly as hard as on Cialis. Plus I felt no increase in sex drive, just boners. The slight difference was that it made my unit more sensitive and erotic, but considering that the initial sides of this drug are nausea, it's not really worth it. You'd be better off smoking a joint.

I had completely different results. The first time I tried it I took 1mg and then another 1mg about 30 minutes later.
I had constant erections and the sensation was incredible. I had amazing sex that night.
I took it about 4pm and had sex that night about midnight or so. I guess maybe that's the ticket. I was able to have sex for hours and my erections were hard as a rock.
It was amazing. I had no upset stomach what-so-ever.
The second time I tried it I took 1mg then 1mg of Melanotan. About the same results.
Third time I tried I took just 1mg and it wasn't as strong.
I think the trick is spreading the doses out so you don't get hit too much at once. I loved the stuff.
The most interesting thing was the sensation was much more intense, but I didn't climax until about an hour of incredible, intense, sweat inducing sex and then it was SUPER intense...make Peter North jealous.
This was a new date and she was impressed so I give it an A+!!!!!!

I would be far too complicated to turn it into an aerosol form like most inhalors, and for a powdered inhalation like some forms of albuterol rotohalors, the unknown of how this powder and its binders, dyes, etc. will react to tissue in the lungs would be too great a risk. (Worse case scenario: something in compound causes reaction in lungs, lungs fill up with fluid, drown in own bodily fluids.)
One might investigate oral bioavailability by looking at how and by what means the compound can be absorbed in the stomach, intestines, or similarsuch.
The most obvious answer, though, would be to use a topical mixture of the compound with DMSO. You'll have to watch out for topical reactions and stuff here, too, but it would be the easiest and probably safest route. (Easiest and safest next to using the drug as it was intended, of course.)
