okay, but then I dont see why you feel the need to ask 'us' what 'we' think is a good size for you.

Heck, I would just lift until I like what I see in the mirror. :)

oh, yes, most definitely. it will give you tremendous strength if you stick with it. and size you won't get without it.

because there are some guys here with my height, and at a higher weight then myself. Looking in the mirror is deceptive dont u think at times? days u think u look more buff, some days more thin.

this is diffucult for me to explain, maybe i need sleep lol

but overall, when im looked at, ppl say they can tell i workout, but i still visually look thin. i want to look thick! lol and buff.

i guess to sum it up, a size that counter balances with my height. i have short friends 5'8 ish and their my weight, but look thick! where as because im taller in not as thick, more lean looking.
 
210 was what I think I looked best at 6'4" and really ripped thats when I got the most attention from girls also 225lbs a few years later with more muscle. When I got up to 250 with more muscle and supplementation alot of girls I think were a lil intimidated and the interest wasnt there that much. I think girls like the leaner and more greek athlete type. So I like to stick with running and that keeps me where I look the best. I dont need any more muscle.

okay, yeah i see what you are saying.

One advantage that you have, is that at least by the time you really stack on a lot of weight, at least you wont have to work as hard to keep your bodyfat low, as you have a naturally high metabolism.
 
yea so i figure,

once i get to about 200-220 i shouldnt have a problem maintaining it
i wont have to work as hard as i am now to get there
