I had heard about him and tonight I experienced it for myself. I was on the eliptical and he was on the lat pulldown machine directly across from me. I looked up and our eyes met. I gave him a friendly smile. He glared right thru me as if I weren't there. He was looking into my eyes and thru me with a blank stare. I refused to play his game. I just kept smiling and paid him no attention. He continued to stare for at least 2 minutes. What a weirdo.

probably wondering if there was a better exercise for his back....

maybe dbell pullovers or something.

i know there isnt probably much else that taxes the muscles of the spinal erectors, traps, lats as well as the glutes, hams, core muscles, forearms........

In the world of the total punkass pussified goof, being able to outstare someone, somehow equates to a certain level of toughness. Quite frankly, if I look away when a guy is staring, it is because I was told that staring isn't polite. Usually, if they are dumb enough to mistake my manners for weaknesses and come with some hardass rap, I will have them begging for their mothers within minutes. Those are always the biggest pussies.
