if you test for Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA), should you still do a hideous periodic oral probing test?

nobody knows huh? it seems like if you gotta question about the latest hardcore cycle, you get ALL KINDS of input... but when you ask detailed questions regarding the science behind the anabolic androgenic steroids and THE BEST INTEREST OF YOUR HEALTH, nobody knows...

therein lies your answer... ask a general question more to do based on opinion and you will get lots of answers/opinions... ask a more specific question with a specific answer and get fewer responses!! but I'll give you a bump in case somebody else comes along that can answer that for you!!

Yes. But the doctor should be using his finger, not his tongue. Unless it is a she and she happens to be extremely hot, then you can let her do that exam orally if you fancy.

It's called a digital rectal exam bro. That's how they feel for abnormalities.

A doc would say yes, but I wonder.

The "finger" test is more for BPH and prostititus.

Actually a psa test is a blood test. It measures a "protein specific antigen" (had to pull out my lab work to look that up)

The higher your psa number the more likely you are to develop prostate cancer, or may already have it.

Oral test? That's a pretty long way from the mouth lol.....

On a side note, when I was getting hired by the fire dept I had a really hot lady doc do my prostate exam. The only one I ever actually enjoyed.

Yes, I was trying real hard to think about anything but this girls finger up my butt. I wanted to avoid any embarrasing stuff.

I had PSA tested every 2 weeks as part of HRT bloodwork for about a year.

We removed it from the testing because:

1. It was never above 1.0 (risk range is > 4.0)
2. My doc felt that by the time your PSA is high enough to warrant concern, you're already in trouble.

My advice: Find a hot woman doc with small fingers. :)
