*P's Liquid Masteron

Took a shot about four days ago in my left quad of *P's liquid Masteron and the next day my quad hurt so bad I could barely walk. The soreness has virtually gone away but I have no definition in my quad and it looks like I have a swollen knee or alot of water around my knee. Any ideas what could cause this and how to get rid of the water and get the definition back???
