improved libido..muscle hardness...75-100mg daily works best for me.

what more do you want, proviron isnt realy that popluar in cycles cause of its cost to benifit isnt to good, so there isnt much talk about it.

Like needto said , 50mg every day and sure split it up one in the am one in the pm, that good with any orals.

I just want to know why you would add something to your cycle that you dont know anything about?

You dont know the effects.
You don't know the doses.

I used only on PTC.. but no absolutely necessary if you taper off the cycle with low andorgenics (Primo, etc).
Good libido buster, muscle hardness
Harsh on the hariline... Proscar/dutasteride wont help on this with Proviron...
